Skoda Auto India Introduced Two Year Warranty on Genuine Parts and Accessories. Now celebrate our independence with a great news.Skoda Auto India has announced that starting August 15, 2009, it will introduce in India, a 2 year warranty on all Skoda GenuineParts and Skoda Genuine Accessories. This two year warranty will be available on Skoda Genuine Parts and Accessories for the SkodaSuperb, the Skoda Octavia, the Skoda Laura and the Skoda Fabia.Speaking on the occasion Thomas Kuehl, Board Member Sales and Marketing, SkodaAuto India stated, “We believe that the after market services constitute a critical component in the customer’s ownership experience with their vehicles and above all a strong drive of brand loyalty. It has always been our endeavor to provide innovative products and service to our customers that suits their needs and lifestyle.

This warranty only further re-iterates Skoda core values ‘Obsession with quality’”.This initiative has been taken to bring down the cost of owning a Skoda automobile in India, and to secure the trust of the customer
in the long term quality of the company’s parts. Accessories and parts purchased from August 15, 2009 onwards will qualify for the two year warranty.Skoda opened its first warehouse in India in March 2009, a move to boost customer satisfaction. The facility is focused on managing the end to end spare parts flow, ensuring a better spare parts provision in India.
